REGINE CORRADO COACHING

DSC_9258_edited_edited.jpg

Welcome!

I coach business managers and executives, including senior associates and partners in law firms and other professional organizations, to leverage their strengths and talents, lead with purpose in our increasingly complex world and “pay it forward” to the next generation of leaders.

My goal is to help my clients to learn more about themselves and grow into the leaders they aspire to become, while embracing their authentic self and fostering a workplace culture allowing their team members to do the same.

Do you feel you lost enthusiasm and happiness at work? Do you understand the culture of your work place? Do you know the “rules of the game” to accelerate your career in your profession or organization? Do you want to become a more effective leader? Do you want to improve your executive presence? Do you want to hone your leadership skills – like training, motivating and delegating work to others, or fostering innovation within your team?

Call me at (773) 383-5713, or email me at regine.corrado@gmail.com

ABOUT ME

I am an attorney turned coach helping business executives and leaders develop and become more effective and fulfilled versions of themselves. I started my coaching practice after retiring from a 30+ legal career at the global law firm Baker McKenzie in June of 2020.  My legal practice focused on international corporate transactions and advising US multinationals on doing business internationally. The last three years of my legal career I served as Managing Partner of our Chicago office. I especially enjoyed leading our office as champion of inclusion and diversity.

Because I am passionate to pay it forward to the next generation of leaders, I am enrolled in Northwestern University's Organizational and Leadership Coaching Certificate program to become certified as an executive coach.

I live with my husband Rick and our dog “Fritz” in Southwest Florida. We have two adult daughters, a prison psychologist in Northern California and a pediatrician in Chicago. I am passionate about girls and education. After serving on the Board of Women’s Global Education Project for many years, last as Chair of the Board, I am still active in this organization as one of its ambassadors. Women's Global Education Project is a grass-roots non-profit collaborating closely with community partners to educate, empower, and promote equality for girls in rural Kenya and Senegal.

HOW I ADD VALUE

Coaching is not intended to “fix” a person or provide recipes for change and success. Coaching is to provide space and time for you as coachee to figure out how you can build on your strengths, be aligned with your values, further develop yourself and enjoy your professional life.

SUCCESS STORIES

Woman Walking in Forest

HANNAH B.

“Regine coached me as part of my MSLOC Foundations class. Regine is a great coach, I felt quite safe, and I believe she has a great background to be a coach since she has expansive work experience as a former law firm partner. We talked about sensitive and personal issues impacting my work experience as intern with a consulting firm. I always felt heard, respected, and all her feedback was constructive and helpful.”

BEA J.

“Regine coached me during my MSLOC Foundations class. Regine asked really insightful questions that made me think. When I got stuck, she would reframe the questions in a way that helped me gain clarity and I was able to better align my class contributions to my strengths and values. Regine was also skillful in weaving together a narrative across sessions, which helped me make connections across time and areas of my life.”

"I worked with Regine during my career pivot from being a law firm partner at a global law firm to embarking on a leadership role at a global corporation. Regine's approach to coaching is thoughtful and introspective. She challenges you to ask and answer the hard questions. In working with Regine, I was able to identify growth areas and tactfully address those issues. Most importantly, with Regine's guidance, I was able to crystallize my professional goals and set measurable timelines to accelerate my effectiveness."
